90-minute kick-off call, a standing weekly meeting throughout the writing process, and additional communication via email and calls as needed till the book is published
Concept development stage
Developmental editing or collaborative writing stage
Presentation of options for additional freelance or automated support (copy editing, proofreading, interior & cover design, marketing & publicity)
Presentation of options for book publication and distribution (e.g., self-publish through Kindle Direct Publishing or Ingram Spark; consider using a high-quality hybrid publisher)

Have a particular timeline on which you’d like to publish your book, especially if you’d like to see it published in 18 months or less
Do not have an author platform
Would like to retain maximum control over your book’s title, cover design, descriptive copy, and marketing
Are a savvy self-promoter who would like to retain a higher percentage of the book’s revenue than you’d get in royalties from a traditional publisher
